What Our Work Looks Like In Each Town
Every town has its own soil and its own rules. Here is what each one tends to need.
Mount Pleasant
Plenty of new homes on bare lots, plus older yards in the Old Village that are ready for a refresh. The lots are flat and summer storms are heavy, so a good plan here starts with drainage.
Daniel Island
A master planned community where the HOA and architectural review committee weigh in. We draw the design in CAD, so you can see the plan to scale before anything goes in the ground.
Isle of Palms
Salt spray and sandy soil wear out the wrong plants fast. From Wild Dunes to Palm Boulevard we plant salt tolerant material and amend the beds so roots can hold in the sand.
